Booking Guide/driver
For private tours:1. The tour is flexible & designed exclusively for you
2.Tour Guide/driver is based on First Confirm, First Serve
3. For our confirmation by E-mail, when you agree with the itinerary
→ You provide your hotel & contact number and make sure that you have booked the hotel under your name
→ Tour Guide/driver will provide a fully itinerary & useful information for our confirmation
→ Your personal tour guide/driver will call to re-confirmed one day before the tour at your hotel or leave a welcome message
→ Any inconvenience, please contact me and I will assist you as soon as possible
4. The tour does not include meals
→ I believe that my clients should have the freedom to determine their own food preferences, styles and tastes, so I do not pre-arrange meals at pre-set restaurants in case I guess wrong. Instead, I want to listen to you first before recommending what I feel to be the best restaurant for you
5. Tipping Suggestion: If you are happy with the services provided by your local guides and drivers a tip – though not compulsory – is appropriate. While it may not be customary to you, it is of great significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels, inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry across many destinations. Please consider this when budgeting for your extra expenses on the trip.

Deposit
| To finish your reservation, we ask for 30 to 100% of the total fee in advance. Please pay the rest on the day of the tour by CASH or Credit card If you wish to make whole payment by credit card, you have to go office for processing your credit card on the day of the tour. We advice to pay via Paypal and credit card |

Cancellation for hotel booking
Cancellation fees for any hotels booked by TOURS BY LOCALS VIETNAM will be in accordance with charges made by the hotel but for touring services a refund of the full balance i.e. For cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice no money is refundable.
